Orders are typically customised with labels for various pantry jars.

Our in-house graphic designers are on hand to ensure that they can bring your custom text to life.

Whether it's spice labels, pantry jars or biscuit jars, we are able to offer significant customisation for a low cost.

On products which can be customised, there will be a custom text box where you can enter the required text.

Please make this as clear as you can for us.

We are usually able to turn around customised labels within 2-3 days, after which your order will be dispatched.

However, if your order contains several customised labels, this can add a few additional days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is £3.99 for orders up to £50, and free for orders above this.

Please note that this does not apply during sale periods.

Note, this is for the UK only, and separate shipping costs apply for orders outside of the UK.

We currently ship to Germany, Switzerland, France, the USA and Canada.

If you're based in another country but would like us to ship to you, please drop us a message and we'd be happy to support.

Please note that customers will be liable for any customs duties applicable upon receipt in the destination country.

To ensure you receive the best service, we use Royal Mail for domestic parcels (UK).

For international customers, we will typically use DHL or FedEx.
