Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your product, please inform us via email at support@soatnature.com.
We will give instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will refund the item cost back to your original method of payment. Any items that show signs of being used will not be eligible for refund.
Please note that you will need to pay for the return and also keep proof of posting and cover any damage that may happen in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damaged / Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty, please take a picture of the packaging and the damaged goods and email us at support@soatnature.com. If your item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a free return label. If the damaged item is deemed dangerous (e.g. broken glass), discard after you have taken pictures of the packaging and broken product and we will process a refund once confirmed.
Exchanges
If you wish for an exchange, please email us at support@soatnature.com. We will give you instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. You will have to pay for postage of your unwanted goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Perfectly Imperfect
Please note that perfectly imperfect items are non-refundable / not exchangeable unless completely damaged upon receipt.
